Built in 2005 with 3,800 Sq.Ft. Our house has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in three spacious floors and a fully finished basement. It sleeps 8 people comfortably in beds (all bedrooms have queen size beds) and 2 people in the basement on two twin size very comfortable rol-up beds.

The house has an open concept with a modern kitchen, Wolf range and SubZero fridge. There is a beautiful front porch with a swing and chairs as you relax and enjoy some quiet. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a hot tub, fire pit, lounge chairs, grill, and a patio for an evening of relaxation.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Downtown Annapolis (less than 1 mile) and to the Naval Academy Stadium (0.5 miles). A shuttle bus a block away from our house will take you Downtown. We are walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars located on West St. Our driveway can fit 3 cars and once parked here you will not really need to drive anywhere since there is so much at walking distance.
