It has faces the water and the view is across a large hillside area. Sunroom and decks make this a wonderful entertainment space. Hot tub on deck. House has a double garage.

Upstairs is a very large master bedroom with dressing area and bath with jacuzzi tub, with queen bed and wrap around waterview windows. Guest room has a double bed and adjacent bath. Hardwood floors throughout this floor.

Downstairs on lower floor is a huge room with three single beds, a queen foam floor bed, bath, fireplace, wall of window doors, four glass sliding doors, and a full glass entry door, so lots of light, bright and cheerful. New floor just installed. There is a bath with shower.

With numerous skylights and amount of windows and French doors, the house is a blaze with light and sun. There are hardwood floors, air conditioning, and whole house fan, four TVs, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Furnishings are elegant and in perfect shape, many antiques, lots of travel folk art, paintings.

I have two cats and a dog which will not be there, and house is professionally cleaned before rental. I will consider a pet if mature. May not be suitable for small children due to the many decks. Deposit will be required. Available for showing with prior arrangements. Owner has 25 years experience in renting to Navy families who have always enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. Huge advantage is the close walking distance to the Navy campus and the stadium for graduation. The car travel and parking is nearly impossible in Annapolis during Commissioning week, you will be glad to be close and with lots of on site parking.
