Restored, 1926 expanded cottage in a private, Severn River community. Close to the Naval Academy and stadium. Upstairs, there is a master suite (queen bed) with full bath and screened-in balcony, a large bedroom (queen bed) and smaller bedroom (two twin beds) which share a full bath. First floor, ground level bedroom (two twin beds) with adjacent full bath. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboard included. Community has private beach, clubhouse and marina. We have rented our home to Navy families for commissioning week for approximately 25 years.
