This is a Federal style 1870's four-story row home. It has comfortable furniture and good beds. Enjoy two screened porches overlooking an eight foot brick walled private garden. the garden is composed of a bricked terrace suitable for a about 15-20 people. There is plenty of shared space throughout the house and it has wonderful private areas to 'get away'.

In 2017 the kitchen was renovated. There are three full baths; the master has a claw foot soaking tub. The renovated English Basement---which serves as the fifth bedroom, has a full bath. The English basement room has a street level, deeded access in the rear which runs out directly to Prince George street. This access may be helpful for older guests with physical challenges.
