Welcome to this wonderful mid century waterfront ranch on a quiet waterfront cut de sac. This is our own personal home however we have rented it out for special occasions. We are Superhosts with AirBnb so we know what our guests like.

There are 2 living spaces one with a big sectional with a recliner on either end and a big flat screen and the 2nd one has a brand new couched 2 swivel recliners. There is a fully outfitted kitchen with every gadget you could want to whip up a family feast. We have an instapot, crockpot, rice cooker, air fryer, indoor pizza cooker, vitamix and more. You will have full access to all of our pantry items so there is not need to lug all of the small items with you.

There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and renovated master bathroom (mattress replaced fall 2023). The second bed has a queen size bed with a shared half bath attached and next to a full hall bath(mattress replaced Summer 2023). The third bedroom has a brand new queen size bed (mattress replaced fall 2023). The 4th bedroom has a single bed with a trundle as well. (mattresses replaced 2022 but only used a handful of times)

We have linens and towel dedicated solely for guest use. They are all less then a year old and super comfortable Our guests and visitors always comment on what a wonderful night sleep they get.

Outdoor living at its best here, no steep steps to get to the water. There are several outdoor areas to enjoy. We have a patio off the back of the home with a couch, 2 recliners and a gas fire pit. There is a large grill to cook up those steaks for everyone. A deck off the waterfront shed to watch the sailboats go by. There is a large table with chairs out there. Another table that is concrete with some matching stools to crack those crabs. Another sofa, some adirondack chairs and a woodturning fire pit to end the evening with smores.

This home is waterfront and you will have access to paddle boards, a kayak and canoes. If you prefer to stay on land we have crab traps and fishing rods and plenty of bikes. If you want to bring a boat with you let us know and we may be able to accommodate it at the dock. Plenty of parking for everyone. We also have 2 air mattresses that we will leave accessible in the event you need them.

If you would like us to pick up items from Costco, Sam's or the local grocery that can be arranged (You would be responsible for the cost of the items.) We know what it is like to come from afar for such a special event so we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
