We have the most fun house (DUPLEX) just steps from the Navy Stadium! We own one half of a duplex - there is not an option for this in listing home choices.

We have a great place to host family and friends and have a 5-star rating on Airbnb. We have a hot tub, outdoor built-in bar w/ outdoor flat screen, play area with tree house, bocce, corn hole courts, horseshoes, outdoor fireplace, swing, darts, massage chair (really nice), extra frig, lots of parking on street.

We have 5 bedrooms - one king Master upstairs en-suite w/ brand new bathroom w/ Bluetooth speakers, jetted wall, rain shower. 2nd bedroom upstairs has queen bed. 3rd bedroom upstairs has queen bed and across hall another full bath with shower/tub. Kitchen with small dining area, dining room with 8 chairs and beautiful marble table (we have extra chairs), and living room with flat screen, VERY good massage chair next to fireplace and 1/2 bath are all on main level. On the lower level is: the laundry/supply area stocked with extra frig, many party accessories, baby stuff, extra pillows, sleeping bags, air mattresses etc; another private bedroom queen bed and another room - 3 double bed futons & exercise (peloton) eqpt, darts, music eqpt (keyboard, guitars, speakers, etc), karaoke, gaming system and flat screen TV.

On the front is a beautiful new deck with plenty of seating for morning coffee. Outback is a fenced yard with hot tub, swing, tree house, outdoor games to include built in bocce, ladderball, horseshoes, cornhole, ball toss, chalkboards, a built-in brick fireplace and grill with lots of outdoor seating. We have a small tent, lots of chairs and tables.

We tell our guests to use umbrellas, condiments, foil etc. it makes it really easy not having to buy salt & pepper etc. we have air fryer, vitamix, hotpots, crock, 2 frig, coolers, lots of party supplies, etc.

tons of references. We have a very fun house with games, books, magazines etc. Help yourselves! You will not be bored !!

It is a duplex with a driveway (fit 2 small cars) and lots of open street parking. No bedrooms on main level - not handicapped accessible. We have 3 bedrooms and two baths on upper floor, two bedrooms and no bath on lower floor. The living room, kitchen and dining and half-bath are on main floor.

We also have air mattresses and sleeping bags if need to put kids on floor (or in tree house 😊).

Non-refundable 50% check due with signed contract - other half is due 60 days before check-in.

Please leave the house as you found it and PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS!! NO OUTSIDE loud noise AFTER 10:30 WKNDS and 10PM WEEKDAYS.
