DOWNTOWN LOCATION- Walking distance to Academy! Historic home in prime location in downtown Annapolis. On a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Murray Hill, our home is within walking distance of everything- including USNA, shops, restaurants, waterfront and stadium. The first floor is an open floor plan with a brightly lit kitchen/dining/living area that opens up onto a lovely patio and backyard. There is a half bath off the kitchen (one and half baths total).
On the second floor there are three cheery bedrooms and one newly renovated full bathroom. The third floor (accessible off the master bedroom) is a large open room with a desk and futon (plus plenty of room for an air mattress) Sleeps 7 comfortably. Bed setup- #1: Queen Bed, #2: One Twin and One trundle, #3: Queen Bed, #4: Futon on third floor (access through master bedroom)
Walk or take the water taxi to downtown, or ride the free trolley. Passes provided for on-street parking.
Wireless internet available. Please know, there is no cable television in the house, but there are 3 TVs, one in the living area, one in the dining/kitchen area and one on the 3rd floor, that are connected to local stations with access to your Amazon, Netflix, Apple favorites.
Kayaks on wheels available upon request that can be launched a few short blocks from the house.
