The original house was built in 1867 and is said to be the first subdivision of the Hammond-Harwood Gardens. Lovingly restored in the 1980s, the early home has been documented through photographs by the Historic Preservation Society. The current owner, a Naval Academy Graduate, decorated this incredible home in true Naval History Fashion. The iron gate surrounding this home has been in countless engagement and wedding photographs. Located within a block of the William Paca House and Gardens and two blocks from Annapolis Harbor, St. Johns College, and the Naval Academy.
