Our home is close to restaurants, shops, waterfront,and downtown activities. Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars. The back entrance is handicap accessible.

The first floor has a big screened in porch with a dining table and sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. The downstairs rooms include a living room, dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a cheerful sun room, a handicap accessible bedroom and bath, and a family room that opens out to a deck/patio and fire pit. The back deck is the perfect location for outdoor dining.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two brand new bathrooms. The master suite has a sunny sitting area. The third floor has a sitting/TV area and an alcove with two twin beds. Pictures of master suite and 3rd floor will be added as renovations are completed.

Bed setup: 1 queen bed on first floor, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 1 twin bed on second floor, and 2 twin beds on third floor.

Wireless internet and high speed cable available with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, and Disney Plus. There are 5 TVs.

Kayaks on wheels are available on request and can be launched a few short blocks from the house.
