Indoor and outdoor dining for 8. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Ideal venue for entertaining after the air show or graduation. House would readily meet your or your caterer's needs for cooking, baking, and serving. Appliances include KitchenAid stand mixer, Vitamix blender with food processor attachment, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, ice cream maker, electric tea kettle, sheet pans, etc.

The large yard and terrace are ideal and could readily accommodate large numbers.

On street parking. We can provide parking passes. A parking garage is 4 blocks away.
