The minute you walk into The Wisteria, you will feel like you have entered a time machine. Constructed in the year 1900, this building was home to Sam's Grocery, a beloved neighborhood corner-store that served locals for over 80 years. In the living room you will find the origina candy cabinets that attracted generations of hungry children to Sam's, still stocked for visitors' enjoyment!

In addition to being a cherished historical property registered with the Historical Society of Annapolis, this property is located around the block from all the city has to offer. In 2 blocks or less, guests will find restaurants, the waterfront, the State Capitol, shopping and the Naval Academy. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite). Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has been named by the former innkeepers and they are a tribute to the State Capitol's history. On the main floor you will find the Treaty of Paris Room-a library with an en Suite bath and Full size Sleeper sofa. In addition to these 4 bedrooms, there is a full suite in the basement with a living room, big screen TV, bedroom and full bath. While the home does not offer parking, we are offering a voucher for the garage just a couple blocks away.
