The Details

Our home is in the lovely community of Oyster Harbour, near two beaches, two playgrounds, and on the water. It's 10-15 minutes from downtown Annapolis. It's three levels, with three bedrooms ( king, 2 bunk beds, full bed) on the top and 2 full bathrooms - 1 with shower and 1 with tub, a middle level with a kitchen, family room w TV, half bath and dining room ( seats 8 easily), as well as a deck overlooking the water. It has a private dock. We can provide boat dockage.
The lower level then has a TV area, screened in porch, a queen murphy bed, large couch and full bath. In total, the house has 4 bedrooms , and 4 baths ( 1 half and 3 full) and sleeps 10. Our home is not a rental, it is our vacation home so it is well cared for but not lived in year round. We have only rented it for navy commissioning week.
Pets allowed with discussion and additional deposit. Bikes, golf cart, and kayak available at the house!
