Convenient and pleasant walk to Academy, the stadium, shops and restaurants. Easy access to all that Annapolis has to offer. The house includes the following: 3 bedrms upstairs w/ 2 queen beds & 1 double bed plus a day bed/trundle in the addition on the main floor to sleep 8. 9 could be accommodated with fold out mattress that is on the premises; full size w/d in the basement; granite countertops in the kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer and hardwood floors throughout; outside grill; new dock; two full sized bathrooms (1 shower has a sit down shower) and an additional toilet is in the basement; central a/c & heat; 1 dog is acceptable with additional fee ($500) and with owner approval (certain breeds restricted); driveway can hold approximately 2 cars and street parking is available. On-site includes a couple of kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe and bikes for use.

No cats due to allergies and no smoking allowed on the premises; arrival time 3:00 pm and departure time 10:00 am
-Deposit $1500 (refundable minus any damages) to hold the reservation with a signed Short Term Rental Agreement. House is available commissioning week, football weekends and all other USNA or Annapolis activities.
- If Commissioning week is cancelled by the Naval Academy, renters who booked this property will receive a full refund. The price is for 7 nights and includes all taxes.
