Upstairs large master with a king bed and large bathroom with geothermal heated floors and pool views, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have double beds and 5th bedroom has a futon - 2 baths upstairs as well with newer carpet and flooring throughout second floor. Beautiful large fenced in backyard with trampoline, large pool with diving board, hot tub, grill, smokeless firepit, and plenty of seating. Perfect for setting up yard games, of which we have several! We hosted a backyard party for our mid in 2021 and it was wonderful space for a USNA party!
Our home is situated across the street from the Ulmstead Estates marina and dock 2, where we can offer 2 paddleboards for use and also have fishing poles to catch some perch or catfish from the dock. There is a park at the end of our street (.2 mile walk) which offers picnic tables and charcoal grills as well as play equipment for small children. We have several adult sized bikes that can be us utilized for mountain biking the trails nearby or road biking the roads. Our wide streets enhance the community feel of this special neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive to the USNA.
