When the owners decided to find their Annapolis home base, they knew they had to be within walking distance to the one’s USNA alma mater. What they found with this special home is so much more! This historic home's family room off the kitchen has the most stunning fireplace dating back to 1730. It was the meeting place of the 18th century social "Tuesday Club" that is rumored to have hosted Benjamin Franklin. This centrally-located home is three blocks to City Dock, a block from Gates 1 and 3, and a block from charming Maryland Avenue's shops and restaurants.

The main floor is welcoming and spacious while all newly-decorated to host your family gathering. Walk through the bright entry hallway or formal living room with ample seating to the dining room, with decorative fireplace and seating for 8.
