Located on over 7 private acres, this waterfront home is the ideal venue to celebrate your very special occasion!

The house offers beautiful landscaping, astonishing amenities, fun activities and has something for all! Gather everyone for morning coffee in the sizeable kitchen and enjoy family meals around the large, solid wood dining room table while sharing stories and laughs.

Celebrate at the waterside with your very own Pompeii wood burning pizza oven and an outdoor fireplace which is guaranteed to take the chill off of any cool evening.

I will be happy to support novice pizza makers (for free) to successfully pull off a fun pizza party where everyone can participate in making their own custom pizzas.

Enjoy a sunset cocktail hour on the large patio which is illuminated with tiki torches and boasts the sweet sound of music coming from the outside speaker system. For a little private time, I recommend taking a glass of wine and a blanket down to the pier for a view that will not disappoint.

Relax in the theater room watching your favorite movie and for the sports enthusiasts, there's pinball, pool and darts which are all located in the downstairs entertainment area. Don't forget to take advantage of the kayaks which will provide you with many opportunities to enjoy the different scenery and wildlife that the South River has to offer.

Main floor has 2 additional half baths
Bedroom/full bath in lower level will accommodate kids or teenagers.

Parking for 4+ cars in the driveway. More parking available on top of the hill.
