Sitting on a private lot on the Severn River, the backyard has a large gathering space with a lounge area, dining table and deep water private pier. Included in your stay is use of the owner's kayak, stand-up paddle board, canoes and a gas grill.

Inside, the spacious home has all the bells and whistles! The brand new gourmet kitchen has an oversized island with seating for 6. There is also a built-in kitchen table hutch with water-view seating for 8. The adjoining living room has a large Internet Smart TV (decorative fireplace). There is also a full bath on the main floor with a large shower - ideal for those coming in from the outdoors!

Head up to the second floor's 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, which comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults. The spacious 2nd floor King Suite has stunning views from the bedroom and the sitting area. The King ensuite has stunning new full bathroom has a double vanity and a luxury shower with two shower heads. There is also a seating area around the 2nd Smart TV. Across the Hall is the waterfront Queen bedroom. Down the hall are 2 Double Queen bedrooms (sleeping 4 in each bedroom), one of which is ensuite with a shower/tub combo. There is a 3rd full bath in the hall, also with a shower/tub combo.

This home is wonderful for families and friends coming in for Naval Academy events, boat shows or to enjoy the waterfront area.
