This beautiful welcoming home is within the City of Annapolis in the community of Hunt Meadow. We are close to the downtown historic area and the United States Naval Academy. We are less than 4 miles to downtown and only 3 miles to the Navy-Marine Corp Memorial stadium. We also have a walking path to Quiet Waters Park.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3.5 baths. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. No bedrooms are on the main level.

We have a queen bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has a full size bed. They share a bathroom on the upper floor.

The basement has a full bathroom, a bedroom with 2 full size beds, a couch, tv and a pool table!

Our outdoor backyard has a deck, patio, hot tub, propane grill, propane fireplace, wood fire pit and plenty of flowers and birds. It is like a little oasis!

Please, no smoking and no loud or large parties. Small get togethers with family and friends are acceptable.
