The Details

Our home is in West Annapolis which is walking distance to the USNA campus as well as to the USNA stadium. We have walkable retail/restaurants, also just .5 miles away (Grauls, Naval Bagels, Walgreens, Evelyn's, Chessie's Wharf, Agave). Our home was built in 2012 and has an open kitchen/family room layout as well as a dining room, first floor bedroom, basement apt, outside deck, screened-in porch, firepit, and front porch. On the 2nd floor, we have 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, laundry, and a den with bunk beds. On the 1st floor, we have 1 bedroom and full bathroom plus a living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. In the basement, we have a bedroom, laundry, weight room, and full bathroom. We have two sets of corn holes, a basketball hoop and bikes. We are a Navy family and happy to host you! (no pets, no smoking, no big parties - please.)
