TentHouse is a 6 acre waterfront family compound with over 10,000 sq/ft. which includes a main house, carriage house, and private in-laws suite. Sleeps 21 in seven king bedrooms, one bedroom with two twins, bunk room with 5 bunks, plus a private nursery. The pool complex has a resort quality pool (88,000 gal) with waterfalls and pavilion with fire place, full kitchen, changing rooms, and bathroom. The deep water dock has room for guest boat and 25' Trophy power boat and 51' Bristol sailboat are available for charter. Numerous other smaller sailboat, SUP, kayaks, etc come free use with the property. USNA given preference and discounts. Commissioning Week is 7 night minimum. Off season there is a 3 night minimum for the entire property, but the two bedroom Carriage House and the one bedroom Admirals Quarters (both completely self contained are available without renting the entire property by special arrangement).
