This home includes a full kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully-stocked and leads into the dining room, which provides seating for 4-6 guests. The dining room overlooks the living room, which opens up to the private furnished patio and backyard with a propane grill. There is also a powder room on the main floor. The lower-level den doubles as a bedroom with a sitting room, another flatscreen TV, a sitting room with a futon that opens to a Queen bed, a Twin bed, with another full bath, and full laundry room.
