Cozy, relaxing home just 1 mile from the academy with easy access to Gate 8. Avoids downtown traffic congestion while near USNA golf course, NEX for uniform items, Naval Academy Bridge and walk/bike to blue angels viewing. Plenty of parking and a wonderful outdoor space to entertain. Easy access to all major highways with key access to the local routes to get around when traffic is bad (haven't had an issue with traffic in 7 years renting for commissioning week). House offers quiet rooms for resting in between the exciting events with open spaces for large family gatherings and activities. Includes any incidentals or modern conveniences you may need for your special week (bikes, chairs, picnic supplies, corn hole, etc.). Two refrigerators and a freezer for storing food and drinks along with a Weber gas grill and Blackstone griddle top for preparing family meals outside. There is even an outdoor movie screen and projector for movies by the pool if you like. Rented for several years now and always a positive experience-never had a complaint or issue.
