This charming rambler is located in a quiet neighborhood in Arnold, just minutes from Downtown Annapolis, with easy access to the Naval Academy, the Bay Bridge, and highways to Baltimore and Washington D.C. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home's contemporary kitchen has higher end appliances, a master suite with full bath and beautiful bright windows overlooking the big private furnished fenced-in backyard, perfect for family barbecues on the propane grill, s'mores nights around the fire pit and a safe play space for the kids and dogs. The lower level den features a cozy hangout space with a large flatscreen TV, and a spacious laundry room.

Bring the 3 kayaks the owners have generously supplied (2 adult and 1 kid size with life jackets) to the launch from the community water access about a block and half from the home, or bring your bikes for rides on the easily accessible trails. There is also a county park with a playground.

There is parking for 4 total cars on the driveway/under the carport.
