Our home is 1 house in from the Bay Ridge Bluff where you can sit and watch sailboats/ships and powerboats cruise by. Walk 1 block along the bayfront bluff to Chesapeake Bay (Mayo) Beach, walk 1 block to the Severn River beach or 1 block down to the marina to Lake Ogleton and beautiful (to be completed) playground.
Almost all rooms view the water. Our 4bdrm/3ba home is as follows:
Upstairs: Bdrm 1- Large master bedroom with KING BED, ensuite bath. Study with a comfortable reading nook
Main level: Bdrm 2-GYM with stationary cycle bike, Teter Hang-up, Full set of free weights, bands, Yoga equip. and TV. Bdrm 3-QUEEN size bed. Bdrm 4 QUEEN size bed. 2 full baths-1 walk in shower, 1 shower tub on main level.
Large Living room with 52in TV, sofa and love seat, a Game bar, a beautiful chair and half reading nook area to read, have coffee or just view the Chesapeake Bay..
Open to Living room is a Dining room table-seats 6-8, in addition to Breakfast room that seats 4-6, plus a recliner chair.
Outside on the screen porch is seating for 4-6 at the table and 2 large lounge chairs plus a hammock.
Outside in the completely fenced in private back yard is another hammock and 4 Adirondack chairs. On the sun porch are 2 more seats while you overlook the bay. Also available for use is a walker and commode.
Property can accommodate 9 cars parked. This is a strict no pet policy.
