Heron Point Annapolis has easy access to downtown Annapolis.

This five bedroom five and a half bath waterfront home comfortable sleeps eight adults in three suites with king beds and a bedroom with a queen bed. Two twin sized inflatable mattresses can be provided in a sparsely decorated lower level bedroom.

An expansive open floor plan kitchen and great room combination overlooking the water opens onto a 90 foot long deck, create a warm atmosphere for indoor and outdoor family gatherings.

Five acres of wooded and landscaped land surround this home that is located on a point forty-five feet above the water on a wide and secluded deep-water tributary of the South River.

Five decks on two levels and walls of windows provide extraordinary water views day and night. A stroll down a path through a wooded garden takes you past a fire pit area to a large pier extending into Church Creek. If you have a boat and you would like the dock it on the pier, we can make arrangements for that.

The kitchen has a six-burner gas stove with vented hood, a gas oven, an electric oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator / freezer, an undercounter microwave, a double basin stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a Ninga air frier, a 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker that uses ground coffee and #4 cone shaped filters and a rapid hot water. Service for 12 and a complete complement of pots, pans, cooking equipment and utensils are provided. There is a gas grill on the deck.

A formal dining room easily seats 10 adults and a baby in highchair.

There are four outdoor seating/dining areas on the rear of the house with spectacular water views. These include the 90 foot deck off of the Great Room that includes covered porch on the lower level which is also accessible from the handicap accessible suite on the first floor. Upstairs, there is are covered balconies off both larger suites.

There is a stone paved patio in the rear yard overlooking the pier. There is additional seating on the pier itself as well as a spacious seating area at the fire pit. Exterior dining tables are present on the main deck and under the covered porch on the first floor. Outdoor chairs, tables and chairs and umbrellas are provided in all outdoor seating areas.

All necessary linens are provided. The laundry room is located on the second floor. There is parking for up to 5 cars on the circular driveway and additional vehicles can be parked in and area along the driveway.

The property is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
