This house is located on a large, private wooded lot in a beautiful neighborhood conveniently located 2.5 miles from the Naval Academy. In addition to the main house, there is an apartment with a separate entrance above the garage. This is perfect for a couple with a young baby that needs a separate space or an older couple that wants to retire earlier before the main house settles down. There is a beautiful front porch, large deck, backyard, and screened porch that is perfect for celebrating graduation. In addition, we have a spacious front porch for more outdoor enjoyment. We have rented for many years and have all of the necessary items to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Bedroom configurations in the main house:

-Master Bedroom/bathroom - king-sized bed, soaking tub & large walk-in shower
-2nd bedroom/bathroom-king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower/tub combination.
-3rd bedroom/bathroom-queen sized bed, the en-suite bath that is shared with the 4th bedroom.
-4th bedroom/bathroom- twin-sized blow-up mattress, the en-suite bath is shared with the 3rd bedroom

The rec room on the basement level is outfitted with a king-sized mattress and sleeper sofa.

Apartment:
Fully outfitted kitchen, bathroom, and king-sized bed. There is also a sofa which doubles as a twin-sized bed.
