-big backyard with grill, cabana, and pool
-heated, salt water pool is gated (two childproof gates)
-cornhole, croquet, and other yard games available
-Sleeps 10 comfortably but can accommodate more: 1 King bed, 1 queen, 1 twin that can be pulled out to a king, and 1 bunk bed w/trundle (2 twins and full bed), a crib that can be converted to a full. We have 2 queen air mattress to sleep 4 additional (9 total) plus there are several recreational rooms that can fit additional air mattresses, as desired.
-Plenty of indoor space in case of inclement weather. 27X18 great room. A dining table that can sit up to ten people. Foosball table and plenty of board games.
