You will feel away from it all, yet be close to everything! Only 2.8 miles to Navy Stadium; 4 miles to USNA and downtown Annapolis. The beautifully furnished house is perfect for spending time together, spreading out in multiple comfy living areas, each with a fireplace, and having a wonderful CW! Outside, relax on the large patio surrounded by nature. Stroll down to the private dock, where 2 kayaks & 2 paddleboards are provided for waterfront fun. Bring your fishing gear for catch & release. Go crabbin off the dock Maryland style!

The well equipped gourmet kitchen w/ Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Wolf stove, 2 ovens & wine fridge has all you need for cooking great meals. Cooking essentials (spices, oils, vinegars) are included. A second full kitchen is on the lower level. The dining room, kitchen table & breakfast bar seat 16. If duty calls, there is an office on the main floor.

The beautifully designed lower level features a stunning bar, pool table, spacious living area, gym room, & 1/2 bath. A separate 1 BR apt w/ a full bath is off the main room. The bar has a large fridge for beverages, wine rack, sink, & ice machine. The gym room is equipped w/ a Peloton, rowing machine, treadmill, Universal gym machine, TV & yoga mats.

The patio is made for spending quality time together & overlooks lush green & peek a boo water views. Relax in the XL hot tub (8). Gather round the fire pit under starry nights. Cookout on the Weber grill and dine alfresco. The outdoor dining tables seat up to 20. If a chill is in the air, 2 outdoor heaters are on the patio. After sundown, built-in outdoor lighting beautifully illuminates the patio & property.

The house accomodates 15 people in 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens & a Queen bunk bed) w/ comfy mattresses, each w/ an ensuite full bath. Sink into the soothing jacuzzi tub in the MB bath. There are 2 additional privately situated sleeping areas (a new full size sofa bed & a twin pull out).

Free wifi. Multiple popular streaming platforms to sign into. 2 washer/dryers sets w/ laundry detergent & dryer sheets. Towels (bath and beach), bedlinens, blankets, pillows are provided. We provide 2 lb of coffee, tea, sugar, 6 PT rolls & 3 rolls of TP per bathroom.
