Waterfront home built in 2019 with sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay, incredible sunrises, a private pier, deck, and walking distance to two beach parks one with hiking trails.

More than 5000 square feet of living space including 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 1 half bath and a kid friendly open area basement with toys, board games, a tv/video game room, foosball and ping pong tables. Pack and play and booster seats also available if needed.

Outside entertaining area with expansive lawn seating area, easy to move adirondack chairs, furnished deck, weber grill and wood burning solo stove. Free use of paddle board, kayaks, and beach chairs.

Sleeping areas:
Basement: 1 Bedroom with a Full size bed and an additional single pull out trundle
bed. Also a pullout couch which can also sleep 2 comfortably if needed. (full bath on this floor)

1st Level: One bedroom with Queen bed and full bath - walk in shower(also half bath on this floor)

2nd Level: 4 bedrooms, 1 king bed, one queen bed, 3 full beds (3 full baths - 1 is a jack and jill)

No pets or smokers allowed. Parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway with very limited street parking.

Awesome for entertaining & celebrating your mid's accomplishments! Limited to one large gathering (50 people maximum) during your stay.
