GORGEOUS FULLY RENOVATED HOME WITH HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB in a coveted water privileged community just 12 minutes away from the Naval Academy! Perfect for entertaining, it is equipped with a huge outdoor patio, firepit and incredible green space for family fun. Steps from the water, you can hop on our paddle boards and kayaks and explore the Magothy River and surrounding quiet creeks. Enjoy great meals in the gourmet kitchen with a 10 foot island or in the dining room with a table that expands to seat 10 comfortably. The spacious yet cozy living spaces allow for great family time in front of the fireplace or overlooking the pool. A huge screened in porch with a large sectional couch and TV adds even more living space. With six bedrooms (three with king beds), two with full-sized beds and one with two twins, there's plenty of room for everyone. We also provide two queen self-inflating tall mattresses and have a basement sectional couch that can be outfitted for two additional twin beds. This all provides sleeping for 12-14 people. Sorry, but no pets are permitted.
