To be clear this is a 3 bdrm house with space for an air mattress in the office area for a 4th bedroom if needed. So there is one King and three Queens (including one air mattress in the office) and one twin bed in one of the Queen bedrooms. A maximum of 9 guests. This beautiful home is a short walk to the stadium (approx 1/2 mile), and the city shuttle at the Westin (.7 of a mile). The shuttle will take you to the Academy 2.1 miles away. We have plenty of off street parking (3 spaces!), and free street parking, a fenced yard to street, substantial grill, and plenty of outdoor seating (a dining area and a lounging area on the patio). The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a gas range and granite countertops. Central heating and air, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main living spaces. High end furniture, beds, bedding/linens make this a stand out property. All 100% cotton high thread count linens included, as are towels. The kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you need including appliances, Mikasa dinnerware for 12, and all paper products (napkins, paper plates, paper towels, plastic cups, toilet paper), spices, condiments, and cleaning supplies. There are 3 flat screen TVs, one in the living room, master bed room and in one of the other bedrooms. All cable channels and viewing subscriptions available. Also, just in case you have a chilly night or simply want the ambiance, a gas fireplace too! You have full use of the laundry with washer, dryer (and pods, softening beads & dryer sheets) for use. There is exceptional wifi, running many devices with daily Zoom calls. This is a beautiful property, and you won?t be disappointed.
