Easy parking and easy walk to USNA, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeps ten--and you can see the invitingly private backyard with plenty of tables and chairs, grill and chiminea and nice USNA and USMC neighbors!

The Captain's Quarters offers four bedrooms, each with a queen bed and two with ensuite bathrooms. A futon convertible provides more bedding. But best of all are the solar panels, tankless water heater (NO Navy showers!) and the lovely private, fenced backyard with patio, grill and plenty of seating. You'll like the off-street parking spot, the ample on-street parking and the Navy and USMC veteran neighbors who appreciate having Navy families next door.
The Captain's Quarters is just a three-minute walk to the water taxi pick up spot @ South Annapolis Yacht Center (750 Boucher Ave.). A beautiful and entertaining ride takes you directly to the Annapolis City Dock with a few other dockside (and potentially boat side) pickups along the way. Don't forget to ask your Captain for his or her recommendations and local info.

NOTE - Guests are advised that occasionally a retired neighbor will access the backyard shed for working on her hobby of creating miniature figures and furniture. These visits will almost always be on weekdays and only during daylight hours. As our guests you have priority of course, so we just want to make sure that you are comfortable with this situation. Unless we hear otherwise, B4K will inform our neighbor (and her husband) that they have approval to visit the shed during daylight hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
