Waterfront home located in Hillsmere 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Enjoy wildlife and beautiful southwest sunsets from any of our 5 separate decks for a 180 degree view of Lake Hillsmere. A sweeping yard with a fire pit and a private dock. Two kayaks available for guest use. If you desire a space to dock a boat, it can be arranged.

Access to the entire home which includes formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen with a gas range, and in-law suite with a separate entrance.

Sleeps 10:

- Primary suite with a King bed, TV, balcony, steam shower and two person soaking tub.
- Second upstairs bedroom with an alcove bed, futon, TV, and full bath
- Family room with a TV, recumbent elliptical, full bath, and pull-out couch
- Full in-law suite with separate entrance includes a sleeping area with balcony and full bath, and hybrid office/living space with pull out couch, access to a deck, and steps down to the yard.

At the entrance of the neighborhood there are an abundance of amenities; Shopping centers with laundromats, liquor stores, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and a public library. Quiet Waters, a 340 acre park, next to the neighborhood provides hiking trails, a dog park, playgrounds, small watercraft rentals, and an outdoor concert venue.

No Pets permitted. Local noise restrictions between 10pm and 7am.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras (recording devices) located on the front and back of the house. During your stay in order to maintain your privacy, only the front door camera will remain active.
