Location is everything in this comfy and affordable private unit located on the Chester River and Winchester Creek with water views. Also enjoy the hosts water front amenities such as fishing at our private pier, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply relax at the waterfront for morning coffee and sunrises or enjoy the fire pit in the evening. The community playground and beach are just steps away. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

The 1300 square foot Cape Cod home is a separate unit from the hosts' home with private access. You will have use of the entire unit which includes two full bedrooms (one queen in each private bedroom) with a shared half bathroom on the second level. A dedicated semi-private office space with an additional single bed on the lower level serves as an additional sleeping room but it is not completely private as it is a pass through room to the upstairs. The full bathroom on the 1st floor makes this room helpful for a single older family member when stairs are difficult. The full kitchen; living room area, and dining room are also on the 1st floor. The entrance to the home is through the private screened and covered porch that also allows you to relax, catch some breezes, or has been a great spot for picking crabs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and espresso maker, pots, pans, dishes, and basic spices for cooking. Bedding and towels are provided as well as internet and TV. On street and off street parking can accommodate 5 cars. Please be aware our home and unit is not handicap accessible although the dedicated work space with single bed on the first floor is adjacent to the full bathroom and has been convenient for family members and friends have who visited with an older parent or single child.

For your Mids' graduation you can contact the hosts' for use of the waterfront amenities for your celebration. You also have access to the private pier, use of the water front fire pit, or relax in our serene self-made private water front beach area equipped with Adirondack chairs and umbrellas (if you prefer more shade). Enjoy the use of the kayak and paddle board to explore the small beach area across the creek or take in the Eastern shore wildlife. If you have younger children, we are just steps away from the community playground.

We are also in close proximity to many restaurants, Love Point Winery, and shopping areas. Plan day trips to many close by quaint Eastern Shore towns such as St. Michaels, Chestertown, Easton, Smith Island and more. Relax and create memories.
