Welcome to our gorgeous home located steps from Weems Creek in West Annapolis. Our home is located less than a mile from the Naval Academy and walking distance to Navy Marine Corps Stadium. West Annapolis coffee and ice cream shops are right around the corner as well as several restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Enjoy the tranquil view of the water with your morning coffee while watching the activities on the water.
Our home has two separate living areas. One on the first floor and another on the second floor. Take advantage of Annapolis's Spring weather on the porch off the main living area. The covered porch on the second floor feels like a tree house with views of the water. The open porch on the third floor accessible from the primary bedroom offers an escape from the activities of Commissioning Week. With two chaise lounges you will have some much-needed privacy as well as stunning views of the water.

The 3rd floor primary suite has a full bath and an incredible open porch. There are an additional 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with a shared full bath. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed an attached bath. The first floor game room features a big screen TV and plenty of room to spread out, The couch opens to a queen size bed. If needed there is plenty of room on the floor for 2 children with an air bed.
