Welcome to your perfect family retreat! This newly built (2024) beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The open layout is ideal for both entertaining and relaxing. This home is on a dead end street and will sleep 13-15 people.

Step outside to enjoy a private patio complete with a fire pit, grill, and swing set. The backyard provides plenty of room for kids to play, making this a very family friendly home inside and out.

As you walk in you there is a hall tree where you can drop you jackets and shoes and hang up belongings. Then you will see the powder room and open family room with toys, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a double oven, and induction top stove. The island has 4 barstools. The kitchen table is as pictured, and has 2 leaves on each end to allow for large family meals together. A high chair will be left for any children needs. There is a door to the basement. Down in the basement you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with a stand up shower. Past the bathroom you will find a very large open area that includes the toy area, couch (that turns into a full bed), as well as a queen size murphy bed. On the top level you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 more full baths. One bedroom has 2 twins beds. One bedroom has 1 twin montessori floor bed with side rails. One bedroom has a queen size pull out couch (only sleeping area not pictured). The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bathroom attached.

The house is in a great neighborhood. You can walk to the coffee trailer, The Yoga Barn, and the B&A trail.
