Welcome to our home?nearly 5,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed, bright, and comfortable living space nestled among the trees in a quiet, walkable neighborhood just 10 minutes from the Naval Academy. We are secluded, with a fully private backyard that backs up to the woods for a serene, restorative experience all while being super close to all that Annapolis has to offer and a short walk 5 minute to our community beach.

Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. We?re within walking distance to Forked Creek and the Magothy River, and just a short drive to the Severn River, Sandy Point Beach, and the Chesapeake Bay. Whether you?re up for paddle boarding, crabbing, or sunset walks by the water, you?ll be close to it all. We have paddle boards and bikes you can use, and it is possible to set up sailing or powerboat rentals for a fun day on the water.

Inside, the home is filled with natural light, cheerful wallpaper, and clean, fresh decor that?s both beautiful and highly livable. Each bedroom is cozy and well-appointed with comfortable beds, and there?s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The large sun room is perfect for morning coffee or curling up with a book, while the open living room and massive basement TV make for ideal family movie nights or kid hangouts.

You?ll find two indoor fireplaces ? one gas and one wood-burning, as well as two outdoor fire,pits (one gas, one wood-burning) for cozy evenings no matter the season. Our kitchen is fully stocked and includes an eat-in breakfast area and a large island with stools. We also have a large dining room just off the kitchen area. There?s also a dedicated office with strong Wi-Fi and a door you can close for quiet, focused work time.

Outside, enjoy a private pool, hot tub, and a spacious yard filled with kid-friendly fun, including a zip line, ninja climbing set, basketball hoop, giant swing, and a two-story indoor climbing wall inside the garage!

Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with fantastic community amenities, including a private beach and dock on Forked Creek, as well as a multi-use court (tennis/pickle ball/basketball) court just a short walk away. There?s also a playground a few blocks from the house and plenty of wooded trails nearby for hiking, biking, or peaceful nature walks. We have a Peloton, a full set of weights and a workout bench located in our sunroom so you don't have to miss a workout. We have a queen sized aerobed, an additional twin mattress that can be placed on the floor, and also a large sofa in the basement so you could easily sleep 4 more people If you want to get creative.

Downtown Annapolis is around 10-15 minutes away, DC is 45 minutes, and Baltimore is approximately 35 minutes away making our home the ideal location for experiencing all that the DC DMV and Chesapeake Bay have to offer!
