We are located a little over 5 miles from the naval academy (about a 10 min drive). We are a very kid friendly home, and have plenty of toys for both inside and outside.

Lower level:
Living room- has a huge Lovelace that can comfortable fit 2, we also have a conversion kit to turn it into a bed if wanted
Family room- another huge love large love sac that can fit 2
Full kitchen
Laundry room
Game room with a desk area- has bubble hockey and fooseball
Half bath

Upper level:
Master bedroom- king bed and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 twin beds) and loft bed (twin bed)
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Bathroom: full bathroom with his/her sink

Outdoor space:
Upper deck with a gas fire pit and 2 chairs and a couch
Lower deck: blackstone with 4 chairs
Playground area with rubber mulch
Patio with fire pit and 6 chairs
In ground trampoline
Basketball hoop
2 burner regular grill

Can accommodate 6 cars in the drive way.
