If you?re a water lover, you?ll love a stay at our home! You can see the Chesapeake Bay from the kitchen and rooftop deck, and a neighborhood beach with playground and personal kayak available is a block away.

Our first floor is open and spacious with lots of light and coastal boho decor. A large dining table and open kitchen make for fun group meals. The back room is a great kids play area or sunny sitting room. On the two upper floors we have 2 dedicated work stations as we are remote workers. The kids room has a crib but has plenty of room for our queen air mattress as an alternative. The third floor master bedroom has incredible light in the mornings and a spacious bathroom.

The rooftop deck is the cherry on top with gorgeous bay views! In the warmer months it is outfitted with string lights, an umbrella and cushioned furniture.

Our home is 10 minutes from charming downtown Annapolis and convenient to the Naval Academy (5 miles away). The neighborhood is an incredible, family-friendly place to enjoy.
