Peaceful retreat along beautiful Cypress Creek at Arnold/Severna Park line (15 mins from USNA).
-This airy bungalow sits on a unique point of land with water views on three sides and is surrounded by mature trees.
-Inside, cathedral ceilings and plentiful windows create an open feel that brings the outdoors in. There are multiple living spaces all featuring water views.
-The spacious, updated eat-in kitchen seats six and opens to the deck. The dining table (which can be expanded to seat 8) flows directly into the living area with fireplace, views on all sides, and opens to the deck for grilling and outdoor dining.
-Interior has a collected, authentic maritime style. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are down the hall, all located on one level.
-Comfortably sleeps 5-6 (plus extra Aerobed).
-The master suite's king bed looks directly out onto Cypress Creek (off the Magothy River) so you can wake up to herons, geese and occasional bald eagles. Ensuite bathroom enjoys its own creek view.
-In the second bedroom, twin beds convert to a king for flexible sleeping arrangements.
-The third bedroom holds a comfortable full-size bed and writing desk. Kitchen is well-appointed with pots and pans, cooking essentials, and coffee/tea station for easy mornings.
-Lower level includes a second fireplace, cozy game room, and TV area. Step directly out of the double doors to the patio and creek level.
-Private pier with two boat slips available for visiting vessels. (Depth can accommodate 20-ft powerboats). Canoe available to borrow for creek paddles and marsh exploration.
-Relax on Adirondack chairs at water level, sway in the hammock among the trees, or gather at the picnic table for meals with a view.
-Driveway parking for 4 cars tucked away at the end of a cul de sac. Easy access to B&A bike trail and Saturday morning farmers market.
