There is also an outdoor patio with furniture. The space is separated from the rest of the house and has a separate entrance.
Amenities: WiFi, Internet TV, gas fireplace, separate mini-split heat and air conditioning, gas grill on patio. Efficiency kitchen has microwave, toaster oven/airfryer, electric kettle, 2-burner hot plate, French press coffee maker, basic serving utensils, bowls, glasses, etc., refrigerator. Sheets and towels included. Washer/Dryer are in the kitchen area of the space.
It is best for a couple or two individuals but can fit four in a pinch.
