The house is walking distance from stadium (4 blocks) and 1/2 mile from the Yard. It is on Weems Creek with a dock. Deck with grill, table and fire pit overlooks the backyard and the creek.
The downstairs is a separate apartment with a queen bed, full kitchen, sofa bed and separate entrance.
There is a double bed with bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with king beds in each and a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has facilities for children?- bunk beds, toys and a pack and play. The other has the laundry facilities.
