Mids' families love our quiet neighborhood an easy drive from USNA. Hang out on our huge 2-level deck, relax in the pool, dine al fresco in the large screen room, wander the beautiful gardens, play in the large open yard. Spacious peace & quiet a mere 14 min away from USNA on Hwy 50 or scenic, rarely-congested St. Margarets Road. Drive 3 min to a supermarket, restaurants, other shopping. Take a 10 min stroll down our quiet street to a lovely neighborhood beach, waterfront park, & playground. Keep the kids entertained with a pool slide, trampoline, cedar play set, large sandbox, electric piano, and games, toys, & jigsaw puzzles. Our sunny & bright home sports an open kitchen, and sleeps 6-8 very nicely, more if needed. FIOS internet + wifi, gas grill, DVD/stereo, LG 42" + Sony Bravia 46" TVs, extra frig-freezer in basement. Homeowner is Academy professor. Dates are flexible. (No pets, smoking, or large parties, please.)
