WALK TO STADIUM! PET FRIENDLY with doggy door and great yard! Walk to the best coffee shop in town! Wonderful open floor plan perfect for relaxing or entertaining, 9 foot ceilings and dual zone heat/ac! Super light with tons of windows and 3 big porches (a front porch, a 2nd floor porch off of the master, and a back yard deck). Both full baths have double sinks, and the master has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The first floor has a half bath for your guests. Also on the first floor is a private office (next to the half bath) which can be converted into a 4th sleeping area with queen air mattress provided. To be clear this is a 3 bdrm house with space for an air mattress in the office for a 4th bed. So there are 3 queens (one air mattress in the office) and 1 king. A maximum of 8 guests. This beautiful home is a short walk to the stadium (approx 1/2 mile), and the city shuttle at the Westin (.7 of a mile). The shuttle will take you to the Academy 1.7 miles away. We have plenty of off street parking (4 spaces!), and free street parking, a big fenced yard, substantial grill, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating (a dining area and a lounging area on the deck, Adirondack chairs in the yard, seating on the porches). The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a new gas range and granite countertops. The king bedroom has a has a ceiling fan, posturpedic mattess with a memory foam built in topper, both queen mattresses upstairs are practically brand new, the last queen is a barely used/almost new air mattress in the private first floor office. All 100% cotton linens included, as are towels. The kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you need including appliances, paper products (napkins, paper plates, paper towels, plastic cups, toilet paper), breakfast items including coffee, spices, condiments, and cleaning supplies. There are 2 flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the office. All cable channels and viewing subscriptions available. Also, just in case you have a chilly night or simply want the ambiance, a gas fireplace and outdoor chimnea with wood provided too! We also have a gym in the basement with weights, bench, gym grade elliptical and more. In the morning you can walk to Ceremony Coffee - the only roastery in Annapolis and most locals believe it to be the best coffee here. It's directly behind the house and simply a walk around the block!
