This ten year-old home includes 3 levels, 4 spacious and private en-suite bedrooms. The first (terrace) level is a private Studio with a separate entrance, kitchenette and full bath. The upper level master suit is luxurious with a private balcony and bath overlooking the water. The second master on the upper level includes a large steam shower and balcony. The main level bedroom/den has a full private bath with shower. All beds are queen size.

Smart TVs are throughout include Netflix and YouTube TV (with a theater-like experience in Den), high speed WIFI and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

The home's exterior is beyond description with very private grounds. The waterfront boasts multi-level decks and further expanded living space that includes a fire pit! The deep water dock is just steps from the home. Swim, fish, kayak and paddle board from the waters edge. Very easy water access and a marina just around the corner. Ample parking and an extra slip for your boat. The home is at the end of a private, dead-end street with only one other home.
